Deliverables & Reporting
Sending of a “Tracking Table” twice a month (Excel file) regularly updated including :
Identity and details of companies contacted.
Result and status for each potential commercial partners.
Assistance to negociate transfer prices, CDA, Term sheet and Distribution/Licensing agreement.
