According to the selection criteria of the client, HYPERION proposes to draw up an exhaustive list of relevant local companies with activities matching with the therapeutic areas/product managed by the client.


Deliverables & Reporting

Sending of a “Tracking Table” twice a month (Excel file) regularly updated including :

  • Identity and details of companies contacted.
  • Result and status for each potential commercial partners.

Assistance to negociate transfer prices, CDA, Term sheet and Distribution/Licensing agreement.
